Two very effective muscle building programs, programs that can get in the best shape of your life, are Beachbody’s P90X and Vince DelMonte’s No Nonsense Muscle Building. Let’s compare these two systems as they are both good choices. Which comes out on top?
It seems like Vince DelMonte has taken his inspiration from P90X, a well known home fitness program, for his latest muscle building effort, which means that he has cribbed from a popular movement. I think that the key difference between the two is that P90X is a full-fledged program and Vince DelMonte’s program is only a series of CDs.
But that is just me. All the research says that both require similar strategies and both achieve impressive results in a short period of time. I’m not so sure about the durability of P90X, who’s been around for ten years, but I know that it’s a very popular program.
